Website: https://mwaconsultancy.comContact: anasakram.connect@gmail.comLast updated: 9 September 2026
Plain-English summary

Use the site lawfully, pay agreed fees, do not copy or resell MWA materials, and understand that marketing outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Your mandatory consumer rights remain protected.

1. Agreement to these Terms

These Terms govern your use of https://mwaconsultancy.com and any service, course, downloadable product, template or other offer supplied by MWA Marketing Management, referred to as MWA, we, us or our. By using the website or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms and any proposal, order form, statement of work or checkout terms that apply to the purchase.

If a signed proposal or statement of work conflicts with these Terms, the signed document controls for that engagement. If you do not agree, do not use the website or purchase an offer.

2. Business identity and contact

MWA is operated by MWA Marketing Management, a sole establishment registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, under Professional Licence 1651327 and Commercial Register 2923057. Contact: anasakram.connect@gmail.com.

3. Who may use the website

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a contract. If purchasing for a company, you confirm you have authority to bind it. You must provide accurate information and protect any account credentials.

4. Website information

We use reasonable care to keep information accurate, but website content may change. Obvious pricing, description or availability errors may be corrected. If an error affects a paid order, we will offer a lawful correction, cancellation or refund as appropriate.

5. Marketing and consulting services

The scope, timing, deliverables, revisions, fees and payment schedule for services are set out in the applicable proposal or statement of work. Unless agreed otherwise:

  • You will provide accurate briefs, lawful assets, access, approvals and feedback on time.
  • You remain responsible for your products, claims, budgets, platform accounts, legal approvals and final business decisions.
  • Media spend, production, software, travel and third-party fees are excluded unless expressly included.
  • Extra scope, additional revisions or rush work may require written approval and additional fees.
  • Delays in access, information or approvals may move delivery dates.

6. Courses and educational content

Course pages state the format, access period, lessons, support and community features included. Courses are educational and do not create accreditation, employment, income or guaranteed business results unless expressly stated. We may make reasonable updates that do not materially reduce the offer.

7. Digital products and licence

Digital products include templates, guides, prompts, recordings, files and downloads. A purchase grants one limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for your personal or internal business use. You may not resell, share, sublicense, publish, upload publicly, remove ownership notices, or use the material to create a competing product library.

8. Physical products

If physical products are offered, the product page will state key features, AED price, delivery area, timing and product-specific terms. You must inspect delivery promptly and contact us if an item is damaged, defective, incorrect or materially different from its description.

9. Prices, payment and invoices

UAE-facing prices will be shown in AED and will state whether VAT applies. International prices may be displayed in another currency. You authorise the payment provider shown at checkout to charge the displayed total. We issue or make available an invoice or receipt as required. For services, overdue payment may pause work after reasonable notice.

10. Cancellations and refunds

We offer the following customer-friendly policy, subject always to mandatory consumer rights:

  • Courses: request a refund within 14 calendar days of purchase. To prevent abuse, a discretionary change-of-mind refund may be declined if more than 20% of the course has been accessed, substantial downloadable materials have been downloaded, a certificate has been issued, or live services have already been materially delivered.
  • Digital downloads: request a change-of-mind refund within 14 calendar days only if the file or access link has not been downloaded, opened or materially used. Defective, corrupted, misdescribed or undelivered products remain eligible for the remedies required by law.
  • Services: before work begins, prepaid fees are refundable less non-recoverable third-party commitments. After work begins, fees for completed work, booked time and committed costs are not refundable; unused prepaid amounts will be handled under the proposal and applicable law.
  • Physical products: eligible unused products may be returned within 14 calendar days where the product page permits, subject to lawful exclusions, hygiene and condition requirements. Defective or misdescribed goods retain mandatory remedies.

Send requests to anasakram.connect@gmail.com with your name, order details and reason. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method within a reasonable processing period. Nothing in this section removes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Chargebacks

Contact us first so we can investigate billing or delivery issues. You must not knowingly submit a false chargeback or use one to avoid a valid payment obligation. This does not restrict your right to dispute unauthorised or genuinely contested transactions.

12. Intellectual property

MWA and its licensors retain ownership of the website, brand, courses, methods, templates, copy, designs and pre-existing materials. Custom client ownership or licence terms are set out in the relevant proposal. Pre-existing frameworks, know-how and reusable tools remain ours unless expressly transferred in writing.

13. Testimonials and portfolio use

We will obtain appropriate permission before publicly using an identifiable client testimonial, confidential result, logo or case study. Anonymised and aggregated learnings may be used where they do not identify the client or reveal confidential information.

14. Third-party platforms

Services may depend on Meta, Google, hosting, payment, course, email and other platforms. We do not control their outages, approvals, policies, algorithms, suspensions or fees. We will use reasonable professional care but cannot guarantee platform availability or acceptance.

15. No guarantee of results

Marketing, advertising, educational and business results vary. Case studies, projections and testimonials are examples, not promises. We do not guarantee leads, sales, revenue, profit, return on ad spend, rankings, employment, account approval, audience growth or any particular outcome.

16. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the website, gain unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape at scale, infringe rights, copy protected content, harass others or use MWA materials unlawfully. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, non-payment or material breach.

17. Privacy, cookies and advertising

Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain how information and tracking technologies are used. If you give valid consent to advertising cookies, MWA may use Meta Pixel and Google advertising technologies to measure campaigns, create audiences and show or help show relevant MWA advertising to you on Facebook, Instagram, Google and participating websites or apps. Merely continuing to browse is not treated as consent where the law requires an affirmative choice. You can reject or withdraw non-essential cookie consent through Cookie Settings.

18. Confidentiality

Each party will protect non-public business, technical and personal information received through a service engagement and use it only for the engagement, legal compliance or professional advice. This does not cover information lawfully public, already known, independently developed or required to be disclosed by law.

19. Disclaimers and liability

The website and free resources are provided on an as-available basis. MWA does not provide legal, tax, accounting or investment advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit, opportunity, goodwill or data.

For paid services or products, MWA's total liability for claims connected with that purchase will not exceed the amount paid to MWA for the affected purchase or, for an ongoing service, the fees paid during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. This limit does not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited, including fraud, wilful misconduct or mandatory consumer liability.

20. Indemnity for client materials

For business service engagements, you confirm you have the rights and approvals needed for materials, data, claims and instructions you supply. To the extent permitted by law, you will protect MWA from third-party claims caused by unlawful client-supplied materials or instructions. This does not apply to loss caused by MWA's own breach or misconduct.

21. Termination

Service termination is governed by the proposal. MWA may suspend or terminate access for material breach, unlawful use, security risk or non-payment after notice where reasonable. Accrued fees and clauses intended to survive termination continue.

22. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Dubai courts have jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law requires another forum or gives a customer additional rights. Before formal proceedings, the parties will attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute in writing for at least 30 days.

23. Changes and general terms

We may update these Terms prospectively for legal, operational or service changes and will update the date above. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited only as necessary and the remainder will continue. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver.

Website implementation note

Before publishing

Link these Terms in the footer and at checkout. Keep the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy beside them. The cookie banner must technically prevent Meta and Google advertising tags from firing before valid consent where required.

This document is a practical business template and not a substitute for advice from a UAE-qualified lawyer. Mandatory laws override any conflicting term.
